He has a strong experience in leading global initiatives in the shipping industry including ship owning, ship management and chartering services. He is instrumental in pioneering first-of-a-kind projects; including Floating Gas Regasification (FSRU) based LNG terminal and start-up ventures projects. Over the years, he has established formidable and strong relationships with global oil majors, ship-owning companies, government authorities, classification societies, port authorities and various advisory committee officials.
Kajal Festen-Purohit is a professional with over 20 years of experience working in the global markets. She is well experienced in managing business development, commercial management, designing strategies for leading international companies and in detailing entry plans for target markets. Her experience includes marine services & salvage, market development, networking and building relationships in complex markets/countries with challenging environment.

Capt. Prashant Rangnekar started his distinguished career as a sea-fearer and ended up heading Fleet Management Ltd. (FLEET), India operations. He has sailed as Master on Cape Size Bulkers under Norwegian flag and has won multiple prestigious awards while being shore-based. He has served as a Director & Chairman of MASSA (Maritime Association of Ship Owners, Ship Managers and Agents ). He is a Fellow as well as one of the wardens of CMMI. He is on the Executive Committee of DRACEA and is also on the Governing Council of Sir Mohamed Yusuf Charitable Trust which operates Training Ship Rahaman.
Pravin Gupte is a Marine professional skilled in providing Technical and Manpower solutions to the Marine and Oil & Gas Industry. As a Marine Engineer, he has a shore based service industry background, with total experience of 35 years in the industry. He has extensive experience in Installation, and Technical Management of dedicated FSO for 13 years.
